We currently represent over fifteen different dealerships (auto/truck, motorcycle, and equipment) throughout New Mexico. The representation includes disputes in the areas of contracts, employment, Lemon Law, Unfair Trade Practices, misrepresentation, negligence, advertising and others. In addition to trials involving New Mexico dealerships, our firm successfully defended a dealership and its principal in a two (2) month trial in California. |
